Here are some of my favorite books concerning Christian Apologetics. They each offer a different perspective and
address a variety of issues. I highly recommend giving them a look if you get a chance.

#1 Recommendation
The New Evidence That Demands A Verdict by Josh McDowell
This one was an absolute must for me and remains my personal favorite. It has a
"textbook" feel and format to it and presents concentrated information on just about every
topic relating to apologetics.
A good guide for beginners in apologetics, McDowell presents the study of Christian
apologetics in depth so don't expect it to be a book you curl with in front of the fireplace.
He discusses the accuracy of the Bible (on a scientific, prophetic, and historical level),
discusses archaeological finds which support the Biblical account of events, addresses the
divinity of Jesus, answers common skeptic questions, and hundreds of more topics. This
book is great as a continual read or quick reference guide due to his thorough index.
#2 Recommendation
Baker Encyclopedia of Christian Apologetics by Norman L. Geisler
A great reference in the format of an encyclopedia. Although Geisler does arrange his
topic in alphabetical order, he also organizes it by topic which keeps his reader from
having to constantly "page flip" while reading about a certain topic.
Like McDowell above, Geisler covers all topics regarding Christian apologetics.
#3 Recommendation (Two books in one)
The Signature of God and The Handwriting of God by Grant R. Jeffrey
This rather large book combines two of Jeffrey's best sellers.
It is a very easy read since it is formatted like a novel. Jeffrey gets straight to the point
and focuses on science and prophecy fulfillment most of all. He also mentions things like
advanced medical knowledge in the Bible and archaeological finds that support the Biblical
account.
#4 Recommendation
When Critics Ask: A Popular Handbook on Bible Difficulties by Norman L. Geisler
This book is also written by Geisler and is formated like a text book with very well
organized information.
Instead of addressing scientific and factual evidence supporting Christianity like the
recommendations above, Geisler mainly focuses on theological questions like why does
evil exist and how can a loving God let His creation go to Hell.
The book is quite extensive and answers dozens of tough questions relating to Christian
beliefs.
#5 Recommendation
Are We Living in the End Times? by Tim F. LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins
Brought to you by the authors of the Left Behind series, Are We Living in the End Times
talks about Biblical prophecy and what is being fulfilled in our life time.
Although apologetics is not its main theme, its fascinating to see the very things occurring
in the world are what the Bible prophesied 2,000 years ago.
This book also reads like a novel which makes the processing of information very simple
and easy to understand.
